第十条 增值税法第十三条所称应税交易，应当同时符合下列条件：

The emulator should correctly track the clock cycles elapsed (and I specified we could use this feature later in order to implement the ZX Spectrum contention with ULA during memory accesses), provide memory access callbacks, and should emulate all the known official and unofficial instructions of the Z80.
